Clamp in chibi land!
CHIBI CHIBI CHIBIFICATION! :DD
Today, this rabid clamp fangirl shall bring you delightful chibis :3
This is the first part of the trading figure series, CLAMP in 3D Land. The next series is already up for preorder, and is slated for release next month.
For now, here are the pictures of series 1, with Chii (Chobits), Sakura (TRC ver), Kazahaya(Gohou Drug), Syaoran (CCS ver) and Yuuko (xxxHOLiC).
Shoot location is Fort Canning Park, which is actually a nice place for climbling hills. That is, if you have a good sense of balance >.>
(Yea, I almost rolled down because I was an idiot and didnt want to take the steps. T_T)
I like the detailing on her eyes :D The painting/detail is pretty good for a chibi trading figure.
Especially Syaoran. That’ll come further down ;3
You cant really see from the front, but she has a gold band on her hair (OHIMESAMA DESU!)
Next is Kazahaya, from Gohou Drug (Isnt anime-fied yet, though the next crossover MV is coming out soon, and features him :D)

He gets bullied and teased a lot in the manga though. But then again, thats why he’s cute ;3

Yeah, you’re right about Yuuko. I suppose her devilish charms simply can’t survive the process of chibification. The puffy cheeks are just plain wrong and that enormous ribbon is a joke, but I’d say those chubby chubby legs are the weakest link.
(Nice post, by the way. You fangirl in much the same way as my sister does.)

Chii is especially adorable, I think because of her big eyes and cute :o mouth!
I think I like the Shaoran best, and am glad they chose CCS style for the chibi. Jump is a cute addition to the figure :)

So cute! I have those figures too, and I can’t wait for the next set. BUT – I was wondering if you kept your large box when you got the set: the one that contains the smaller individual boxes – it says “5250 (en kanji)” on the back. I need to collect the labels to get a special order in figure, but my order didn’t come with the big box! If you have it, could you e-mail me? ^^;; Maybe we could work something out.
