The Bonkurasu Brigade

Damn that Bandai! (in a good way)

The new scans from HobbyJapan and Dengeki Hobby made me tear my hair since they’ve finally released kits that I really like.

But for now, let’s look at the new MSV for Kyrios.

null

Kyrios looks like a Bst(booster) version of Kyrios, and the plane mode looks mighty sweet. No doubt this will be a space equipment, considering the amount of ship-class type boosters it has. The railgun rifle looks nice, too. A pity they omitted Kyrios’ shield for this design. My wish is for it to have some sort of sensor on the left side of the shoulder, or a missile pack.

Okay, enough with design analysis, let’s go on to the gunpla!

Big haul! Big hole in my wallet! T_T

Information from Gunota:
HGUC Zaku FZ – May, 1,260 yen
1/100 Overflag – May, 2,310 yen
HG Tieren Space Type – Sergei custom, May, 1,575 yen
MG Force Impulse Gundam – May, 4,200 yen
MG Shin Musha Gundam – June, 4,725 yen

Dates not set for the following:
1/100 Tieren Ground Type
1/100 Gundam Avalanche Exia
1/100 Gundam Astraea Type F
HG Enact – Saachez custom
HG GN-X

OMG 4 KITS I WANT. 1/100 kits are the Overflag, Gundam Avalanche Exia and Gundam Astraea Type F. For the MG, it’s gotta be SHIN MUSHA GUNDAMMMMM!!!! I’ve been drooling for an MG release for this particular kit. The price seems reasonable too.

Design schematics for HGUC 1/144 Zaku FZ. Looks cool, and much can be expected from Bandai with their new part separation system.

With these 2 kits, I can build my new Exia squad. =D

null
Design schematics for 1/100 MG Impulse Gundam. Redesigned with sleeker proportions, it’s tempting, but it doesn’t interest me much. A little too late a move by Bandai though; the SEED Destiny Fandom is dying out already.

On to other non-gunpla news, the Revoltech Gurren-Lagann Box Art is released!

A pity it didn’t have the wing attachment. T_T

That MSV of Kyrios reminded me of the Hummingbird attachment for the Zeta Plus series in Gundam Sentinel.
