Browsing keita’s blog today, and found out he’s started on a new project right after his SD Gundam 00; the 1/100 Gundam 00. It looks like he’s almost done with the Gundam itself. Keita, as usual, worked up his magic by replacing thick parts with thinner and sharper looking pla-cards and pla-plates. He used MG 1/100 Freedom’s frame and basic parts, like the feet, to use as an internal frame for the 00.

Watching ‘LIVE’ concerts is an experience; the exhilaration of watching your favourite artiste performing is something to behold, especially if the ‘LIVE’ is done well. One such example would be being in the thick of the concert during this year’s Anime Festival Asia’s Ichiro Mizuki and May’n mini-’LIVE’. Those days I experienced would never be forgotten.

Of course, what other better alternative to reproduce that very effect, than to watch it in high definition video and audio. And that is what I had a few days back, watching Mizuki Nana’s LIVE FIGHTER Blu-ray version. Albeit the setup has misgivings, only 2.1 stereo, but it was enough to take my breath away. The humble DVD pales in comparison in terms of video and audio quality, similar to the comparison between a VCD and a DVD.

I came across a Perfume fan blog while going through Perfume City forums/site, and it has its fair share of translated blog posts, interviews and many others. Called Monochrome Effect, the blog lasted from May until end August 2008, with no further updates after that. Despite that, there’s quite a few interesting information regarding Perfume from the interviews that we never get to know from TV shows and variety shows.

The following are some picks of interesting articles that I found on the site.

The girls were interviewed briefly in this show. With 2 questions going “How did Perfume celebrate their Christmas” and “What would be the ideal Christmas celebration to you”.

After which, the girls were given a quiz thing, that I didn’t really understand much; a gift exchange ensues after that, with the end being Perfume teaching the 2 Japanese-speaking African-American (I think) hosts part of Dream Fighter’s dance steps.

Music Station Superlive Performance – Polyrhythm x Love the World

This ‘Live’ would be the most traumatising one for kashiyuka. Poor girl, the giant prop balloon exploded right behind her, and the remnants fell onto her halfway through the ‘Love the World’ dance sequence!!! I don’t see why people would find her scared expression ‘cute’ x_x
