1日に初詣行ったら、
毎年行ってる神社に初出店!!!!

Home’s having it too!!

(かなーり昔に生協で買ったらしいｗさすが母ｗ)
(rather the machine was bought a long time ago lol kudos to mom lol )

しかも、南部鉄器の本格的な焼き機＼(^o^)／焼き方がちょう老舗風＼(^o^)／うわぁああ血がさわぐう(*´д｀*)
Furthermore, a genuine Southern Taiyaki-making machine ＼(^o^)／ it has a picture of the taiyaki shop in the picture album ＼(^o^)／ uwaaaa my blood’s rushing (*´д｀*)

ということで作り始めましたがなかなかうまくいかず(’A`)やはり修行が必要か…
Anyway, I began to make (Taiyaki with it), so far it goes rather smoothly (’A`)as expected some degree of training is needed…

生地の固さや、量、油や火加減…
何度失敗しただろうか。何度も何度も試行錯誤を繰り返す。涙や汗水を垂らし前が見えなくても…諦められない………
The dough’s consistency, amount, temperature of the oil…
Failed countless times. Kept on trying and trying via trial and error. Much sweat and tears being toiled onto it… almost giving it up…

そして5回目にしてようやく成功＼(^o^)／老舗風＼(^o^)／薄皮＼(^o^)／カリモチフワ＼(^o^)／うわぁあ
And finally on the 5th try, it turned out to be a success＼(^o^)／old shop style＼(^o^)／thin pastry＼(^o^)／

家族も喜んでくれました(￣ー￣)
The entire family was really satisfied about it too(￣ー￣)

By the way, by some weird turn of events, the Taiyaki-making machine now belongs to me (!) made some authentic tasting ones for my younger sister ＼(^o^)／ delish
