DISCO x3 Goods list
The LIVE’s goods list have been released onto Perfume’s official site. Even though they provided a link for online buying, the site wasn’t updated with Yoyogi’s goods list; probably after the concert. The goods can be bought at the entrance, though, but I’m not too sure if you need to have tickets in order to get the items.

Only if you have a Japanese address to ship to. Otherwise, I don’t have a clue. You might want to go to Perfume City forums to check out certain methods.
