Calling all Perfume fans!
Organized by me at Perfume City Forums, Perfume fans will have their first meet-up at Orchard MRT, 2pm on NOCCHI’S BIRTHDAYYYYY. In other words, 20th September.
Despite it being in Singapore, this gathering does not restrict to only Singaporeans; any Perfume fan can join us!
