Ryofu was already shown to be alive in an additional chapter of a compiled volume of Part 1. So he will be returning in white for Part 4. Not so sure about the Emperor part yet though. I'm thinking that the perhaps Bandai may just release a variant of the normal Ryuubi kit with the new sword. Ryuubi didn’t return in a new form, its just back to his normal form. Just like Sousou who is also back to normal in another page.

The only thing I can think about for a Part 4 is perhaps the return of Ryofu with a fourth kingdom or something. Or maybe Sangokuden will end and something new will come up next.
